The easiest way is always via the Vasco da Gama Bridge.
Go through the Vasco da Gama Bridge, follow the directions to Montijo, and when you reach the Portas da Cidade roundabout, simply enter the city itself to your destination. There are plenty of parking spaces next to Pavilhão No. 2.
Take the 4704, 4705 or 4706 from Gare do Oriente - the 4704 comes closest to the tournament site, next to the Bullring, and you just have to cross the road and walk to the Pavilhão nº2 on Rua dos Ciprestes, around 500 metres.
It is the least frequent bus however.
The 4705 and 4706 are more frequent, but they arrive a little further away from the venue. The quickest way is to get off at the stop at Rua José Joaquim Marques (Policlínica) and just walk to Rua Gaspar Nunes until you see the Bullring, and from there go to Rua Soeiro Pereira Gomes to Rua dos Ciprestes.
The worst option, but it does exist.
You can catch the ferry at Cais do Sodré and then take the 4504, 4203 or 4501 to get to the site. The 4504 stops near an Intermarché, which is very close to the tournament venue.
Between 13 and 25 euros, depending on how many requests and traffic there are at the time, and it takes around 20 minutes.
This is a good option if it's too late for other forms of transportation: just get an Uber/Bolt/etc to Gare do Oriente in Lisbon and from there there are many other forms of transportation.
The 4512 leaves Setúbal and passes through Palmela, Pinhal Novo, until it reaches Montijo. Get off at the stop at Praça 1º de Maio (next to the hospital), then follow the road along Rua Sacadura Cabral, past the cemetery, until you reach Pavilhão nº2.
From Barreiro, take the 4600 next to the Ferry Terminal and get off at the stop on Rua José Joaquim Marques (Policlínica), then follow Rua Gaspar Nunes until you see the Bullring, and from there take Rua Soeiro Pereira Gomes to Rua dos Ciprestes.
From Almada, take the Fertagus train and then you can catch the 4512 bus in Setúbal or Pinhal Novo.
In the overwhelming majority of cases it is best to go to Gare do Oriente in Lisbon and from there follow the steps listed above.
See the list of various accommodation sites on the Câmara Municipal do Montijo website.
There are some small B&Bs near Pavilhão nº2. Hotels are generally closer to the city centre.
See the list of restaurants on the Câmara Municipal do Montijo website.
There are plenty of restaurants close by.
For lighter meals there are several cafés close by, and it's quite close to an Intermarché and a Pingo Doce.
